Isolation phonique limitée. En 2020, ce serait normal d’avoir une connection wifi, ce qui permettrait également d’avoir une réception télé correcte.
Sinon, l’appartement est correct et bien situé.

Logement bien situé mais extrêmement petit. Absence de mobilier sur la terrasse mais annoncé sur l'annonce. Ustensiles de cuisine à revoir (poêles qui attachent).
