très agréable et bien situé par rapport au centre du village avec une vue très agréable. Seul défaut dans la résidence c'est le manque d'insonorisation

Propreté relative : siphon bouché par des amas de cheveux et de crasse (depuis au moins plusieurs semaines) que personne n'a voulu nettoyer avant, préférant l'eau stagner lors des douches et vaisselle parfois sale. Mauvaise insonorisation (voisins qui faisaient la fête dans l'appartement de gauche)
