Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Seul petit bémol : le ménage étant à la charge des locataires, présence de moutons de poussière sous les lits et sous le canapé. Meubles poussiéreux. Par contre sanitaires très propres.

l'hébergement est bien situé (points de R-V des enfants et accès aux pistes). L'équipement est optimisé, notamment pour la petite surface de la cuisine, bien entretenu. On retrouve tous les éléments du descriptif. Le déneigement, essentiel dans cette impasse en forte montée est bien assuré.

Le logement est agréable bien conçu et spacieux. Il est proche des pistes et du centre de Chinaillon. Petit bémol sur le parking et la sortie d immeuble qui devient très vite une patinoire.
