It is not possible to cancel previously added and validated services via your customer account, as the general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation apply automatically.
However, you can send us a request by email, and we will consider the possibility of cancelling any additional services that you do not wish, free of charge.

Where are the meeting points for the ski lessons?
When you book your accommodation through our service, you can also book your group ski lessons, for children or adults, from your customer account.

How do I book an end-of-stay cleaning service, a parking space, a garage, a cot.
If you want to book a service in advance, such as end-of-stay cleaning, parking space, garage, cot, etc., please contact your accommodation provider before your arrival. Their contact details are given on the 2nd page of your booking contract.

- Book your ski passes (4 to 6 days) at the same time as your accommodation to benefit from the best offer: from -20% to -40% depending on the period. Other discounts are available up to 10 days before your arrival.

- I go to “My Account” area and enter my login details.
- On my current file, I click on ‘Add services.’
- I add the services of my choice to my cart.
- I click on ‘Save my cart’ and receive a confirmation email.
To validate these services, an additional deposit will be taken from your credit card (or we will send you a payment link), and you will receive an updated booking contract.
You can also ask us to add services to your booking by email.
Any additional services will only be definitive once the additional deposit has been paid.
