Logement bénéficiant de très peu d’investissements de la part du propriétaire. Carrelages cassés, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, rideau de douche non pratique, mauvaise isolation donc bruyant. C’est dommage car bien situé et orienté.

Le logement mérite d'être rafraichi et la literie changer tant dans le séjour que pour les lits superposés. Sinon appartement spacieux et bien situé.

Dans l'ensemble un bon appartement malgrès une isolation avec les autres appartement qui reste à désirer mais dans l'ensemble un très bon séjour
